The executive chef at our signature Six Seven Restaurant & Lounge is Jesse Souza who has more than 20 years of cooking and kitchen management experience. Souza first started working with the Noble House Hotel Group in the Florida Keys in 2002 and currently oversees all the culinary operations for The Edgewater. The hotel’s seasonally inspired cuisine is created with only the finest organic and naturally raised ingredients.

Six Seven Lounge features seasonally rotated whiskies and wines from the Pacific Northwest. This focus obviously played a role in being named “Best For Washington State Wines” by Seattle Magazine.
