Olympic Ballroom
Approximately 2,572 sq.ft. | Up to 220 Guests
At approximately 2,572 square feet, The Olympic Ballroom is our largest meeting facility. The floor-to-ceiling wall of windows provides an unobstructed view of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains and the islands of the Puget Sound. This spacious room allows for a variety of configurations, hosting up to 220 guests. From annual meetings to gala dinners, our ballroom can host them all.
Terrace Room
Approximately 720 sq.ft. | Up to 50 Guests
The approximately 720 square foot Terrace Room offers a dramatic entrance onto our approximately 960 square foot outdoor terrace, offering sweeping views of the Seattle skyline. The versatile Terrace Room is an elegant space in which to host a cocktail reception or an executive retreat. The Terrace Room is often used with the Olympic Ballroom for its outdoor space; it is also the perfect setting for smaller events.
Alki Room
Up to 80 Guests
The Alki Room can host up to 80 guests and boasts four bay windows and a built-in slate-topped buffet. This room is perfect for mid-size meetings, dinners or cocktail parties. A connecting door to the Winslow Room offers additional space for breakout sessions or buffet dining.
Cascade Ballroom
Approximately 1,334 sq.ft. | Up to 90 Guests
Located on the city side of the hotel, the Cascade Room provides two rooms in one. The two rooms combine to approximately 1,334 square feet accommodating up to 100 in various configurations. The room can be divided to provide two smaller function rooms for up to 90 guests each.
Orcas, Winslow & Elliott Rooms
Up to 16 Guests
These three intimate boardrooms are ideal for smaller meetings or breakout rooms. Each room can accommodate up to 16 guests in a conference setting.
Forest Room
Up to 24 Guests
If you’re searching for an elegant restaurant atmosphere with the privacy of your own home, this private dining room can accommodate your party of up to 24 guests. Sliding glass doors open onto an outside deck over Elliott Bay.
Rainier Room
Up to 100 Guests
This room is designed for those meetings where privacy and focus are key. Located in the interior of the hotel, the Rainier Room can seat up to 100.
Bell Harbor International Conference Center
Approximately 100,000 sq.ft. | Up to 5,000 Guests
Adjacent to The Edgewater, Bell Harbor offers approximately 100,000 square feet of waterfront conference, meeting, and special event space. From the 300-seat Bay Auditorium fashioned after the United Nations, to the Rooftop Plaza with incredible views of Seattle, the Olympic Mountains and Mt. Rainier, Bell Harbor sets the stage for history-making occasions for groups from 10 to 5,000. Bell Harbor offers the perfect setting together with The Edgewater for overflow meeting space and accommodations for larger events.
